The conference room seats comfortably 16 delegates in a board room or u-shape style and up to 20 delegates in cinema style at spacious tables and comfortable high back chairs. Tables can be easily re-arranged for break-up sessions in groups of four delegates.

Our conference Room is equipped with data projector & screen, TV, Video & DVD with Surround Sound System, Flipchart & Pens, Whiteboard & Pens, Wireless Internet Connection. Optional: Speakerphone, Telephone, Video Conferencing, ADSL internet connection for up to 16 PC’s. Alpha du Cap Guest House offers an air-conditioned Board Room with business facilities such as telephone, fax, copy and ADSL Internet connection.
