Run Like a Girl Trail Series 2009

Not only can you push your trial running limits to your own unique level of performance, you will also gain a wealth of information as to how to train and look after yourself, while sporting the latest gear!So, who is it for? Anyone who has a bit of road running experience. You don't need to be fit, but should be able to manage 5kms (for the first two sessions) and 10kms for the last session. Although it may seem that running only involves putting one foot in front of the other, there are actually many aspects to trail running - from navigating the mountain paths to nutrition, training and injuries. Come along to experience trail running holistically, meet new running partners and learn new trails on the mountain.Need to know? Lions Rugby Tour To South Africa in 2009:
Date: 29 May – 5 July 2009 Venue: Various stadiums Location: South Africa. This is something for all you rugby fans to appreciate
There is something about a British Lions Tour that stirs the blood of a rugby fanatic, nothing can beat it. The last tour to South Africa created so many fantastic memories that the next one in 2009 will be a supercharged affair both on and off the field. 35,000 Lion supporters followed their team to New Zealand, so we expect quite a few to support their team in South Africa as well.
The Lion’s will probably be announcing their team during late (UK) autumn after whittling down an initial squad of 65 to about 35 before the announcement.
