Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy (Summary)
50% of the total accommodation charge will confirm bookings and 50% of total accommodation charge strictly on arrival. Group bookings of more than 2 rooms must be paid in full to secure the reservation. Payment of balance for courtesy bar and further services rendered on departure. Electronic transfer, cash and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). The deposit is non-refundable. The full amount is payable in case of no-show or early departure.
